Tori Jewell (Hedda Gabler) has treasured her experiences in performance arts, ever since her theatrical debut in 5th grade as the Ugly Duckling. She is ecstatic and humbled to be in her first KTC show, and she hopes the audience feels as excited and invested in this story as she has for the past few months. She’d like to thank the cast and crew for making this process so rewarding, her family for their tireless support, and the Rat Pack. Oh, and she’d like to thank you for coming to show, as it is one of her last performances at UNC.”

LJ Enloe (George Tesman) is a sophomore at UNC performing in his third KTC show. He has been and continues to be heavily involved with both theatre and Student Television on campus. He would like to thank his friends and family for coming a great distance, whether physical or emotional, to support him

Brandon Morris (Ejlert Lovborg) is a senior at Carolina studying Dramatic Art and Computer Science graduating this December. This is his second production with Kenan Theatre Company. His recent roles include Skeleton Crew (PlayMakers Repertory Co. u/s), The Christians (PlayMakers Repertory Co. u/s), and The Kritik (Kenan Theatre Co.). He would like to thank his family, friends, and the cast & crew for the incredible support and love.

Eliana Newkirk (Thea Elvested) is a Freshmen at UNC studying drama and biology. She is excited to be making her debut with KTC this season. Some of her recent roles include Corie Bratter in Barefoot in the Park (Piedmont Players), Mary Hatch in It’s a Wonderful Life (Old Courthouse Theatre), and Gabrielle in Rogers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella (NCHS). She would like to thank her parents, Mark Perry, and the entire cast and crew.

Jackson Seymore (Judge Brack) is in his third year of a BS in Chemistry and excited to work with his first KTC production. Jackson has worked on such productions as LAB! Theatre’s The Pillowman, and Constellations as well as Company Carolina’s A View From the Bridge. He has also directed such shows as LAB! Theatre’s Memory Lane and NBCT’s The Outsiders. He is currently working on research on marine secondary organic aerosol formation pathways. He would like to thank his friends and family for their love and support through this particularly difficult semester. He would appreciate a hug if you see him after the show; that is, if you’re not too put off by the mustache and generally slimy Brack behavior.

Kendall Walker (Miss Juliana Tessman), is a Junior Dramatic Arts Major and dog-owner. She was most recently Assistant Director of Company Carolina’s Pippin! This will be her first performance with KTC, and she’d like to thank Mark, Katie, Isabella, Jared, and Elizabeth, for being so hardworking!

SJ Espinosa (Ensemble) is a senior and is majoring in Physics and Astronomy (for some reason). As a lifelong drama queen, she has been involved in various productions since elementary school, this being her first with KTC.

Eli Hardwig (Ensemble) is a first-year student from Asheville, North Carolina. This is his first show with Kenan Theatre Company. He is excited to be a part of this ensemble and grateful to everyone who has been a (willing or unwilling) accessory to his dancing in the past.

Nick Guariglia (Ensemble) is a Junior studying Dramatic Art and Computer Science here at UNC. This is the first show he has performed in with KTC and is looking forward to more in the future! Nick has also been in shows with LAB!, Pauper, and Company Carolina in varying roles, with his favorite performances including his ensemble role in In The Heights and his pit performance in Cabaret. Nick is also the Undergraduate Assistant for Lighting and Video with Playmakers Repertory Company, a Production Manager of LAB! Theatre, and has done numerous light and sound designs for every student company on campus.

Marisa Clemente (Berta) is a junior studying Dramatic Arts and Exercise Sports Science. Performance and Design Credits: Pauper Players’ In the Heights, Chicago, Rocky Horror; Company Carolina’s Pippin; LAB!’s The Pillowman; KTC’s upcoming spring production Mr. Burns: a Post-Electric Play. Undergraduate Sound Assistant for PlayMakers Repertory Company and Theatre Technician for Carolina Performing Arts. She would like to thank the incredible cast & cast for their work!

Katie Diamond (Stage Manager) is a freshman here at UNC, and this is her first ever KTC production. She is am honored to have been part of this adventure and thinks we have prepared a really great show for you, so please enjoy it! She would like also to thank her family for always supporting her and to thank everyone involved in this production for being so kind and welcoming.

Rob Piscitelli (Assistant Director) is a junior studying Dramatic Art and Advertising. Most recently, he directed The Pillowman (LAB! Theatre) and assistant directed Tartuffe (PlayMakers). Through KTC, he teaches workshops at Chapel Hill High School and is one of the Executive Directors of LAB! Theatre. Rob would like to thank his friends and the UNC theatre community for all their support through this process

Isabella St. Onge (Costume Designer) is a first year majoring in English and Dramatic Arts. Hedda Gabler is her first show with KTC. She would like to thank her wonderful shop assistants Riley Brozovsky and Olivia Herrera.

Emma Scaggs (Set Designer) is a junior double majoring in the dramatic arts and biology. This is her fifth scenic design at UNC, and her second with KTC. She thoroughly enjoys painting floors.

Nellie Wise (Properties Master) is a senior studying Dramatic Art. Hedda Gabler is her fourteenth shoe with KTC. Some of her favorite roles with the company include being the Scenic Designer for The Importance of Being Earnest and working as the Props Master for The Kritik. She wants to thank her family for their unconditional love and support!

Alex Baker (Sound Designer) is a sophomore at UNC and is happy to be working on his second show with KTC. He would like to thank Connor Nielsen for being an awesome mentor and getting him into KTC.

Jared Bowen-Kauth (Producer) is a sophomore majoring in Neuroscience and Dramatic Arts. His past productions include Company Carolina’s The Wild Party and Pippin. He is excited about producing his first production with KTC! He wants to study drama therapy and work with kids with special needs. He would like to thank his friends and family for supporting his love for theatre. If you see him, he will probably be eating Wendy’s or making memes on the cast GroupMe.

Elizabeth Durham (Producer) is a sophomore studying Dramatic Arts and Business Administration. Her recent acting work with KTC includes Antigonick and The Wolves, and she is thrilled to be producing KTC’s Romeo and Juliet in the spring. She would like to thank the cast and crew for making some dang good art, her family and friends for the support, and Connor Nielsen for giving great hugs.

Samantha Richmond (Choreographer) is a junior and is so excited to be working on her first show with KTC! Other shows she has choreographed at UNC include “Pippin” (Company Carolina), “Chicago”, and “Growing Pains” (UNC Pauper Players). Samantha would like to thank the cast and crew for all their hard work that went into creating this show.

Zoe Lord (Wardrobe) is a freshman studying political science and public policy. This is her first experience with KTC and would like to thank Elizabeth for asking her to join the crew of Hedda and Caitlin Duncan for being her biggest fan.

Rachel Ellsworth (Wardrobe) is a first year student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, majoring in Exercise and Sport Science with a pre-health track. She would like to thank her parents for supporting her in the pursuit of her many interests, as well as her drama professor and the director of this play, Mark Perry, for taking her under his wing and encouraging her to get her feet wet with UNC’s drama department.

Crystal Yu (Wardrobe) is a freshman majoring in Communication Studies. Her previous theatre experience includes One Fine Day (New Youth Group, Beijing). She’s excited for her first technical crew experience at KTC! She would like to thank the lovely cast and staff.
