Charlie Flynn-McIver

Charlie Flynn-McIver is the Artistic Director and co-founder of North Carolina Stage Company, Asheville, North Carolina’s professional Equity theatre. For North Carolina Stage Company, Charlie has directed their productions of Annapurna, The Book Club Play, R Buckminster Fuller; The History (and Mystery) of the Universe, and Parallel Lives and acted in several of their productions. NCSC has won the American Theatre Wing National Theatre Company Award (2012) and produced the world premiere of Stalking The Bogeyman, based on a true story as told on This American Life, that had an Off Broadway production in the 2014-2015 season. Prior to NCSC, Charlie acted regionally and in New York at Syracuse Stage, The Hangar Theatre, Theatre Virginia, Vermont Stage Company, Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Off Broadway at the Melting Pot and the Broadway National Tour of Witwith Judith Light.
