TJ Hansen is in his final year of the MFA Technical Production program at UNC Chapel Hill. Previously, he has worked as Technical Director for Shakespeare and Company, and has worked in varying positions for PlayMakers Repertory Company, New Harmony Theatre, Two River Theatre, Berkshire Theatre Festival, George St Playhouse, Utah Shakespeare Festival, and many other venues.

When not working, TJ enjoys a briar pipe, picks a banjo, and rides vintage motorcycles; though he has yet to master doing all three at once.
