Kaitlin Fara Smith is an Order Management Specialist at Meridian Brands LLC, an apparel manufacturing company. She worked as a theatrical costumer for 15+ years before making the decision to pursue a new career and her MBA. She recently completed her MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Previously she has worked at University of North Carolina School of the Arts, University of Kentucky, Wake Forest University, Stages St. Louis, the New York City Ballet, Eric Winterling Inc, John Kristiansen NY Inc, and Parsons-Meares Ltd.
