Matty Blatt graduated from UNCA in 2020 and received a BA in Philosophy with distinction. They were a costume shop assistant at UNCA for three years, then fitted and altered wedding gowns at David’s Bridal in Raleigh, NC, and made costumes on commission. In 2019 they built and altered costumes at the Utah Shakespeare Festival, and they have worked two summers at the Santa Fe Opera.
